RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date received to contact us and we will be more than happy to sort it out for you.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and condition.

We take the uttermost care when packaging your items for shipping. Should your purchase arrive to you damaged, please contact us at southsoulireland@gmail.com with a description of the damage and photographic evidence within 7 days of arrival and we will be happy to issue you with a refund.

Any packaged returned in a used condition will not be deemed damaged in transit and a refund will not be issued.
